Campers Immunizations must be up-to-date. Completion of our Health Form packet is REQUIRED 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the beginning of camp. Children without completed health forms will not be permitted to attend camp. Health forms turned in the first day of camp are subject to a $20 late-fee.

Child must be 4 to be enrolled as a Rambler by the start of camp week chosen.

Child must be 5 to be enrolled as a Explorer by the start of camp week chosen.
Child must be 7 to be enrolled as a Trekker by the start of camp week chosen.
Child must be 13- 16 years old to be enrolled as a Eco-Ranger by the start of camp week chosen.

Photographs: The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum reserves the right to use any pictures of campers to promote the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum program unless otherwise notified by parents. 

Trips: The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum reserves the right to change or cancel field trips due to weather, safety considerations or other issues beyond our control.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration, in writing, up to two (2) weeks prior to your program start date. To cover administrative costs you will be refunded 70% of the pre-paid program fee. No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to start to date (determined by post-mark date on envelope.) The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum reserves the right to cancel any camp program for any reason, in which case a full refund of the pre-paid program fee will be issued.

Children Dismissed: Due to discipline, behavioral or similar situations will not be entitled to a refund. Children absent from any day of camp will not be entitled to a refund, credit or exchange of dates. Any change in camp sessions/dates (if available) is subject to a $20.00 administrative fee, in addition to any other applicable fees.
